HyperControl

HyperControl is a libxposed API 102 module for Xiaomi HyperOS Control Center.

Features:

  • Swap the media playback block with the brightness and volume controls.
  • Render brightness and volume as horizontal controls with left-aligned icons.
  • Material 3 settings screen and verified SystemUI restart handling.

HyperControl 1.0.3

  • Added an independent “swap brightness and volume” setting.
  • Horizontal mode now identifies brightness and volume by their bound controller, so recycled views keep the selected order.
  • Redesigned the Material 3 settings screen for edge-to-edge and display-cutout safe insets.
  • Added a button linking to the GitHub project.

Bug fix:

  • Horizontal brightness and media-volume bars now keep the native VerticalSeekBar touch and listener pipeline. Dragging the bars updates the real system brightness and media volume instead of only changing the painted progress state.
  • Horizontal gesture arbitration now selects the slider only for horizontal movement.

Validation:

  • On Nubia NX667J / HyperOS Android 14 / LSPosed API 102, brightness changed 255 -> 8 and media volume changed 10 -> 15 by swiping the controls.
